Approaching Completion: Site Visit to the Union Apartment Project in Batam

On December 8, 2025, a site visit was conducted at the Union Apartment project located in Batam. This activity formed part of the supervision process to ensure that the construction works are being carried out in accordance with the established plans and technical requirements.

The site visit was conducted by Mr. Anwar Susanto in his capacity as the structural consultant from PT Cipta Sukses. During the visit, an inspection of the building’s structural condition was performed to verify that all structural elements had been constructed in compliance with the approved design.

The inspection also focused on ensuring that the structure meets the required standards of safety, quality, and reliability. This step is essential to confirm that the building performs as intended and complies with applicable engineering standards.

Based on the site observations, the Union Apartment project has now reached the final stage of construction. The majority of the main construction works have been completed, and the overall progress of the development is considered highly satisfactory.

The remaining works are relatively limited, consisting of the installation of canopies and the completion of the STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) as part of the building’s utility systems. Considering the progress achieved to date, the Union Apartment project is targeted for full completion in 2026 and is expected to be ready for use in accordance with its intended function.
